Glenna Mae Walentowski, 81 of Las Vegas, NV, and formerly of Ida and Temperance, MI, died Tuesday, October 14, 2014 in her home. Born January 19, 1933, in Toledo, OH, she was the daughter of William E. and Freda M. (Klopfenstein) McKinley. A 1951 graduate of Bedford High School, she was self employed in medical billing.
She is survived by her loving children, Barbara Walentowski, Stan (Renee) Walentowski, David Walentowski, William Walentowski and Thomas (Tracy) Walentowski; Sister, Ella Mae (Ray) Nusbaum. Grandchildren, Eric (Monica) Walentowski, Andy (Liz) Benore, Nick (Cathy) Benore, Calla (Jason) Miller, Ryan (Heather) Walentowski, Tyler Walentowski and Taryn Walentowski; Great grandchildren, Karlee, Adalyn, Evie, Audrey and Landen. Glenna was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Robert and William McKinley and sister, Dorothy Trapp.
Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 pm Sunday, October 26, 2014, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where a memorial service will follow at 2:00 pm. Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project. www.pawlakfuneralhome.com
